Rosary prayers across Africa for Pope Benedict XVI.

Close to forty Catholic Radio Maria stations in different countries of Africa have simultaneously carried the live transmission of the recitation of the rosary for Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI.

On Tuesday evening 17. 00 hours, Catholics across Africa turned to the rosary in praying for Pope Benedict XVI, who died on 31 December 2022. He was 95 years old.

From the Marian Shrine in Kibeho, Rwanda, 19 French-language Radio Maria stations and 20 English-language Radio Maria stations simultaneously participated in reciting the rosary for Pope Benedict XVI.

Some Radio Maria stations in Switzerland and France also joined their African counterparts.

Present at the Rosary prayers in Kibeho was Nathalie Mukamazimpaka, one of the Kibeho visionaries. She often welcomes pilgrims to the Kibeho shrine.
