Mozambique: Participants happy with five days theological week held in Beira.

Participants of the XXVII Theological Week, which took place at the Nazaré Formation Centre in the Archdiocese of Beira, Mozambique, have expressed satisfaction with the event.

Rogério Maduca –  Beira.

The XXVII Theological Week held recently in Beira, Mozambique had as its theme, Synodality: Theological and Pastoral Aspects for the Church in Mozambique. Participants were drawn from various theological institutions, schools and dioceses of Mozambique. There were also several foreign speakers gracing the conference.

At the end of the theological week, delegates exchanged views on the event, highlighting achievements and compared notes to see if expectations had been met.

One of the main issues that arose from the week-long encounter was the felt need among most of them for an association of theologians in Mozambique.
